WHY SCIENCE NE ́ZBALO AFTER SCHOOL

Our local communities are faced with the challenges that affect their lives, in every negative way. The youth in particular is at risk of dropping out of school, being drug addicts, alchohol abusers, gambling addicts, prostitution and teenage pregnancy as well.

These issues stem from illeteracy, ignorance, individuals with less and no education have less understanding in terms of how the proffesional world operate they are more susceptible in making mistakes that impact on their lives negatively.

Another important factor is the types of activities that the young people engages in, they have negative impact our societies which contribute to poverty.

Illiteracy is a very common cause of crime in our country. Each of these problems stated above impact on our economy negatively, our government loose billions of rands in subsidies.

Although the school systems are doing good in protecting these children during school time, however there is a gab in after school programmes where the youth have free time and they tend to be involved in activities that are detrimental to their lives.
